Regular Galvalume Steel Coil is manufactured by hot-dip process, coated with 55%Al‑43.4%Zn‑1.6%Si aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy without anti-fingerprint passivation. It combines aluminum's oxidation resistance and zinc sacrificial anode protection. Its atmospheric corrosion resistance is much better than conventional galvanized steel, bringing longer service life. The surface features natural fine Al-Zn crystal texture. It is suitable for applications without frequent manual contact where fingerprint marks are acceptable. With obvious cost advantage, it is widely used as raw material for building enclosure and steel structure anti-corrosion projects. Custom AZ coating mass, thickness and width are available. Deep processing services including leveling, slitting and film laminating can be offered. Grades DX51D+AZ, DX52D+AZ are in stable supply.
