Policy background: Since May, China and Europe have mutually reduced tariffs, China and Latin America have launched five major projects, and prefabricated buildings have been included in the list of international cooperation on green infrastructure.

Alliance establishment: On July 16, the first national building industrialization alliance was established in Beijing, and 23 industrial chain companies such as Jiangsu Lide and Shagang Group joined to prepare for the construction of a 2,000-acre industrial park.

Core tasks:

Standard output: Formulate cross-border standards for modular buildings and promote domestic systems to pass the EU EN1090 certification;

Technical breakthroughs: The joint academician team has implemented 31 key technologies of the "13th Five-Year Plan" (such as the application of seismic isolation technology in the Shenzhen Changzhen project);

Capacity synergy: The EPC general contracting model integrates the design-manufacturing-construction chain and shortens the delivery cycle by 70%.

Market catalysis: The government has set up a green subsidy of 300 yuan/㎡, requiring that new prefabricated buildings account for 50% in 2025 (currently 30.8% in Jiangsu).
