The highest modular dormitory in China has been capped, and intelligent construction has set a new industry benchmark

Milestone event: On July 4, China Construction Hailong completed the country's first 100-meter high-rise concrete modular industrial dormitory in Shenzhen. The 28-story building is assembled from 728 precision modules with an error of ±0.5mm.

Technical highlights:

HyPA intelligent lifting robot: 6-degree-of-freedom leveling technology, 3 minutes to correct 5° tilt angle, efficiency is 3 times that of traditional processes;

C-SMART digital ID card: full life cycle traceability of module production, transportation, and lifting data, cloud-based control of engineering quality;

Shenzhen-Hong Kong collaborative research and development: jointly with the University of Hong Kong to overcome the seismic node problems of high-rise modules, and the main structure life exceeds 50 years.

Industry upgrade: The project adopts the "factory smart manufacturing + on-site assembly" model, and workers are transformed into equipment operators, reducing site dust by 90% and shortening the construction period by 60%.

Industry impact: The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has listed this project as a pilot model for intelligent construction, and the technical system has been replicated to the renovation of dangerous buildings in Beijing Huapichang Hutong (completed in 90 days).
